Hi, I'm Armando.
I started Cisneros Rodent & Wildlife Control in 2019. Six years and 200+ Bay Area homes later, almost every new customer still comes from a referral — which tells me the people I work for are happy with the work.
I answer the phone myself. I walk most of the inspections. And if something is wrong after a job, I am the person who comes back to fix it. That is the whole pitch.
Too many of my neighbors got burned.
Before I started Cisneros, I watched friends and family hire the big pest control companies. They paid hundreds of dollars, the rats came back two months later, and nobody returned their calls.
I knew the work could be done right. The problem was not the rats. It was the way the industry treated people. I figured if I picked up the phone myself, told the truth about the price, and actually sealed the entry points, I would never run out of work. So far that has been true.
A few weeks of real Bay Area work. Real attics, real entry points, real animals.
Slow inspection, honest price, real seal.
Most jobs start the same way. I walk your house from the roofline down to the foundation. I look at every vent, every utility penetration, every gap. Then I tell you what I found, what I think is going on, and exactly what it costs to fix.
If you only need a small repair, I will say so. If your insulation is fine, I will not try to sell you a $4,000 attic restoration. If the job is bigger than what you want to spend right now, I will tell you which part to do first. The goal is to fix the problem, not to maximize the invoice.
When the work is done, I show you photos of the seal, walk you through what to keep an eye on, and leave my personal cell number. If anything comes back, I come back.
What I promise on every job.
"If a smaller fix will actually solve your problem, that is what I will quote. I have lost jobs by being too honest. I have also kept customers for life by it."
On honest pricing
"My phone is on from 6 AM to 10 PM, every single day. If you have a skunk under the deck on a Sunday night, you are not waiting until Tuesday."
On showing up
"Trapping is the easy part. The reason rats come back is because nobody sealed the entry points. We seal them. That is why our customers stay our customers."
On doing the real fix
"For wildlife I use live traps. I check for babies before I touch anything. I follow California Fish & Wildlife rules to the letter, because that is the right way to do this work."
On humane methods
"This is my own business, run by my own family. When I do a bad job, my reputation pays for it. That is why I do the work right the first time, even when it takes longer."
